Our story

From cold calls to enterprise software in under three years.

  1. Aug 2023

    It started with a phone.

    One person, cold-calling local businesses and building their websites. That was CostaReach.

  2. Jan 2024

    Websites became an agency.

    We helped trades businesses put their own data to work: review campaigns, targeted advertising, and years of customer records organised and put to use.

  3. Nov 2024

    Evana Ventures.

    Clients kept asking how to start a business, so we started them. Company formation, bank accounts, paperwork and licensing, branding, websites and staffing, done for them rather than explained to them.

  4. Jan 2025

    A new focus.

    CostaReach closed to new clients and Evana Ventures became our main work.

  5. Mar 2025

    Our first enterprise client.

    A system built from scratch for a business that couldn’t find what it needed off the shelf.

  6. Aug 2025

    Built once, used by many.

    We white-labelled that software and brought on more enterprise clients.

  7. Nov 2025

    MettleNest.

    Everything we had built, under one name.

  8. Feb 2026

    The next build.

    Evana Ventures closed to new clients, and work began on our AI financial advisor.

  9. Now

    Software and AI.

    We continue to support our existing clients. Our focus is software and AI development, and our ongoing major project is an AI financial advisor.
