Work

What we’ve built.

Enterprise software today, and the websites and businesses that came before it. Client names are kept private.

Enterprise software · since March 2025

Systems built for one business, then used by many.

We take on large-scale software projects where nothing off the shelf does the job.

How the inventory-by-weight system works Pressure sensors under each shelf measure every increase or decrease in weight. A machine learning model decides which item was put on or taken off, and the live stock count, event log and alerts update. Shelf A 0.00 kg 0.00 kg 0.00 kg Shelf B 0.00 kg 0.00 kg 0.00 kg Shelf C 0.00 kg 0.00 kg 0.00 kg
Pressure sensors under every shelf. Nothing is scanned. The system only ever sees the weight go up or down.

Shelf sensorsEvery shelf sits on pressure sensors. Each one reports its weight all the time.
Weight changeWhen something is put on or taken off, the weight steps up or down. That step is all the system needs.
Trained modelOur model matches the size of the step, its shape over time and which shelf it came from to the most likely item, and says how sure it is.

        Inventory tracked by weight

An inventory system that identifies and tracks products by their weight using machine learning, so stock can be counted without scanning every item.

Enterprise clients · from August 2025

        Built once, white-labelled

We turned the software from our first enterprise project into a white-label product, and rolled it out to more enterprise clients under their own brands.
